The mission of the magazine. The journal aims to combine research covering problems in the field of territorial planning, settlement, urban planning, architecture, design, construction and construction technologies on one discussion platform.
The purpose of the journal policy is to improve the quality of scientific research in the field of urban planning, architecture and construction by developing a mechanism for professional and public discussion of their scientific results.

The editorial board of the journal is focused on maintaining its high scientific status, credibility and compliance with the criteria and requirements established for scientific journals in Russia.
