Everything seems to be right — demographic priorities are at the forefront. And Moscow has already readily reported that from now on they will build, as in the regions, in accordance with the joint venture, that is, apartments with an area of at least 28 m2.
Question: what will happen to the studio apartments that have been set up over the past decade? Their share exceeded 30% over the years. Redevelop, demolish? What will the advocates of the invisible hand of the market say? And are there those responsible for what they did?..
